The system is integrated with BIS (Business Information System). All transactions are reportable via the interface, and the outcomes of service operations can be tracked through errors. The service operations report includes the parameters used.


It is web-based and can be seamlessly viewed on all modern browsers. It supports fast searching with Elasticsearch and quick data viewing through caching mechanisms, supporting both Memory and Redis infrastructures. Cache operations can be enabled or disabled for each module individually.


Advanced Logging:


  • Logging can be enabled or disabled for all modules
  • Logging levels can be adjusted
  • All logs are filterable through the interface, with details on the operations carried out, the time of the operation, and the parameters used.


User Authorization:


  • Each module has its own specific permissions
  • Users can only perform actions they are authorized for
  • Each report in the report module has its own permission
  • Permissions are assigned to user groups only
  • Users inherit the permissions of the groups they belong to


Leave Management:


  • Access control based on leave type
  • Configurable settings for blocking personnel, minimum and maximum leave days based on leave type
  • Leaves can be filtered by type, personnel, and date


Shift Management:


  • Each personnel can work in different shifts
  • Delay and early leave times can be separately set for each shift


Management of Locations, Titles, Companies, Departments:


  • Unlimited sub-records (hierarchy) can be created for all location, title, company, department records.

Personnel Management:

Personnel data includes name, surname, ID or passport number, date of birth, gender, personnel photo, employee number, cost center information, affiliated company, department, title, shift, start date, and status (active, former, retired, banned) with specific details for former, retired, and banned personnel. Also, 10 additional customizable fields are available for extra usage, searchable with personnel data.


Visitor Management:

Visitor registration is done once with subsequent visits recorded separately. Default information for visitors includes visitor type (Normal/VIP), name, surname, ID/passport number, company name, phone number, and email address. Visit records include the reason for visit, description, visited personnel, assigned card during the visit, whether any devices were brought, vehicle usage, and timing (immediate or scheduled).

This section allows developers to explore and test all available methods for web service integration, including the parameters that can be used for each method.

All reports in the system can be received via webservice and all data sources can be created via webservice. In this way, you can integrate your own reporting or Human Resources applications with Duetron PDKS application via web service.
