This system, which provides 24/7 real-time data exchange between systems, allows alarms and other similar signals generated at any point to be viewed and processed simultaneously in all integrated systems. In this way, pre-designed scenarios can be automatically implemented to ensure security in alarm situations. This eliminates negative situations that may arise from human error in dealing with moments of danger or actions that will be triggered according to a certain signal.

With web based GUI, it is possible cross platform management of the system from any point in the network. In this way, operations such as controlling card entry gates and turnstiles, automatic live viewing of the camera facing the relevant area in case of a malfunction or alarm in the turnstiles and/or triggering audio warnings can be carried out.

Duetron Gateway services do not require a separate server since they work on the existing access control system's server. It provides communication with the systems which is integrated, from a single point, on a server basis. Therefore, communication performance is independent of the size of the system. Whether the integrated systems are large-scale, medium- or small-scale, the transmission of signals will be provided at the same efficiency and speed.

The software has the ability to communicate simultaneously with multiple systems on the CCTV and fire systems side.

Software components:

Duetron Gateway UI

It is a web-based application that provides the necessary configuration for integration and general system management. IIS services run on the access control server. It uses MS SQL database. It lists information such as addresses and devices connected to the system by querying the existing access control database and allows the user to configure the communication between systems. Through these interfaces, it is also possible to access and filter detailed information about the system, such as transaction records, error records, and status history.

Duetron Gateway Service

It is a windows service that enables communication with Bosch BIS software. It runs on the server of the BIS system. Licensing is also done on this server. It uses MS SQL database. It can communicate with the access control system via both OPC (Forwarding OPC Server) and RCI (Remote Control Interface). It communicates with Duetron software via TCP/IP and with Nx Witness software using Rest Api.

Duetron Gateway Rest Service

It is the service that provides communication with Bosch AMS software. It runs on the server of the AMS system. Licensing is also done on this server. It uses MS SQL database. It communicates with the card access system using the Rest infrastructure. It communicates with Duetron software via TCP/IP and with Nx Witness software using Rest Api.
