This software, published under the name of DuetronPDKS, makes it possible to keep detailed information about the personnel, to provide fast and easy access when necessary and to report the personnel's building entrance, exit informations comprehensively by integrating with card access systems and BIS software. The software enables the recording of entry and exit times on location, building and even floor basis, and this data can be used in subjects such as overtime, shift work, and salary calculation. Reports based on this data are automatically generated and sent to predetermined addresses as e-mail. The system can work as integrated with both pass cards and fingerprint readers.

DuetronPDKS also includes a visitor management module. Thus in buildings such as banks, hospitals and public institutions, information of visitors can be recorded in detail like previous visits of that person, the visitor card information, etc. Authorization is also made depending on the information.

The system, which is used with web-based interfaces, does not require any installation on the client side. Users of all levels, whether they are operators or administrators, can all use the system through these interfaces with the many different levels of authorization groups defined for users.
